Shop Refound Home Page

Shop Refound, an e-commerce brand run by Mya Malonely, specializes in curated online clothing for stylish shoppers. Frustrated with a broken and outdated WooCommerce site built by an unresponsive agency, Mya partnered with us to revitalize her online storefront and restore full control of her website.

Challenge & Goals

The existing WooCommerce site had a host of problems: slow load times, broken plugins, inconsistent branding, and poor email configurations—all of which left Mya feeling disconnected from her own business. Her goals were clear: simplify backend systems, improve the shopping experience, align the brand visually across the site and emails, and ultimately, make her online store a reliable tool to support both online and pop-up sales.

Shop Refound Multi Device

Our Solution

We began with a full audit and strategic revitalization of the WooCommerce platform. Key fixes included removing broken plugins and replacing them with lightweight, custom code to ensure stability and performance. We updated the PHP version for security, simplified the overly complex tax setup, and enabled modern payment options including Apple Pay and Google Pay via a new Square integration—also allowing Mya to sync inventory for her pop-up shops. On the front end, we unified branding with global fonts, updated site and email colors for better readability, and fixed duplicate homepage sections that were slowing down the site. We also improved SEO by correcting mislabeled shop categories (e.g., “Wedding Guest Dresses” instead of “Wedding Dresses”), adding alt text, optimizing headings, and updating meta descriptions. Custom filters and WooCommerce template enhancements ensured a smoother user experience on both product and category pages.

Results

With the backend cleaned up and a polished, consistent frontend, Shop Refound now has a professional, high-performing e-commerce site. Load times are faster, inventory is synced seamlessly, and the customer experience reflects the brand’s stylish aesthetic. Mya shared:

“I finally feel like I have control over my site. Everything is clean, functional, and easy to manage—and it actually reflects my brand now!”

By streamlining functionality and elevating the design, we helped Shop Refound reclaim its digital storefront and position itself for scalable growth.
