Challenge and Goals

The challenge was monumental; the team had to ensure the live shop remained operational throughout the development phase, and the migration of data to the new site had to be executed flawlessly within a tight timeframe to minimize downtime. Additionally, there was a critical need to resolve ongoing issues with the client’s payment processor. The goals were clear: enhance the site’s layout and design, optimize for mobile, streamline the purchasing process, integrate Constant Contact for a seamless sales funnel experience, collect quality emails, and improve SEO.

Our Solution

Our approach was comprehensive. We initiated several working sessions with the client to delve deep into their use case, strategizing the placement and interlinking of all sections, products, programs, and content. The website was built on WordPress, with specific features such as custom home pages based on IP location, a fully searchable job board, and integrations for contact management and class registration. Attention was paid to UX, with significant on-page SEO improvements and a fresh take on imagery.

Results and Testimonials

The results spoke volumes. Engaged sessions per user saw an increase of approximately 38.6%, and the number of orders per month rose by around 37.1% in the first month post-launch. Organic search traffic surged by about 62.7%, direct traffic doubled, and both social and referral traffic saw significant boosts.
