Just Storage of Saugatuck

KJK Real Estate Management operates Lake Macatawa Storage and Gezon Storage and is opening a new location in Saugatuck called Just Storage. They were very happy with the website redesign VanDenBerg Web + Creative did for their Gezon facility and asked us to build a new website using the same approach for the Saugatuck location.

Specific Website Needs

The website needed to promote the different storage unit options, inform customers of the rental process, and make it simple for clients to get started. It also needed to feature an overall modern, mobile-friendly design with fast load times and SEO optimization.

What we did

We kept branding, features, and colors consistent with their other sites for uniformity and familiarity. We also answered one of the most asked customer questions right up front: What size storage unit might they need? Utilizing custom pictures and graphics, we visually demonstrate what fits into various sizes. All storage unit sizes are also provided in list form, with rates and real-world examples of what might fit.

While Just Storage currently uses a contact form to reserve a space, we will eventually integrate an industry-specific online reservation system that tracks the available inventory of all the different spaces.
