Specific Website Needs

The Decor Frame website needed to be more user-friendly, so our goal was to make a huge improvement in usability. It had to be easier to place orders, easier to find the products customers are looking for, and easier to sort and filter. Other updates were to include a modern, mobile-friendly design with fast load times, SEO strategies implemented, and easy ways to convert visitors into customers..

What we did

Along with the improvements in usability and marketing tools, VanDenBerg Web + Creative reviewed the best ways to navigate orders on the back end, including taking payments via Stripe, refunding, and shipping with Pirate Ship. We also coached Dan on website management and built a fully functioning, easy to use, e-commerce site. Here, customers can select a specific set of measurements and the cart calculates the frame size required. With every frame, hanger selections are included, along with an option to purchase just one side. All of these cart features are custom built for Decor Frame and have resulted in a user-friendly shopping cart easy for customers to navigate.
